A strengthened capital base
According to the Company’s approved FY2025 annual report, total assets increased to SEK 30.3 million (SEK 25.7 million in 2024) and equity increased to SEK 30.3 million (SEK 25.6 million), an increase largely explained by a SEK 7.9 million shareholder contribution during the year. The equity ratio was 99.8%, reflecting that the Company is effectively debt-free.
The Company remains in its commercialisation phase and reported no net revenue in 2025, consistent with prior years. The net result for the year was SEK –3.2 million (SEK –0.7 million in 2024), reflecting continued investment in platform development, licensing, and building out the group’s operations ahead of upcoming launches.
External valuation analysis
Fintegrity Corporate Finance was engaged by the Company to conduct a scenario-based valuation analysis of the Fintech Capital Sweden group as of the valuation date 2025-06-01. The analysis indicates an Enterprise Value in the range of SEK 422–657 million, with a midpoint of approximately SEK 519 million, based on the group’s 2028 growth targets and management’s forecasts.
Fintegrity’s report specifically notes that the assessed value represents a not-yet-achieved scenario based on management-provided forecasts, and should not be viewed as a qualified assessment of the Company’s current market value based on existing resources. The full valuation report is attached for readers who wish to review the methodology and assumptions in full.
Building towards a regulated bank
Through its subsidiary Cardinal Money, the group is building a digital bank for small and medium-sized enterprises, offering multi-currency accounts, payments, cards, lending, treasury services, and AI-driven financial automation. Cardinal Money is currently in the application phase to renew and obtain a new EU licence as a European Electronic Money Institution (EMI), which would enable passportable, regulated services across the EEA.
Continued progress towards a stock market listing
The Company’s goal remains to complete a stock market listing. Fintech Capital Sweden is in continuous discussions with relevant parties, including Spotlight Stock Market, as well as the Company’s financial advisors responsible for the listing process. An updated timeline for the listing will be communicated separately.
